When the 2d window frame is always red and the image is green, it means the calibration file is not downloaded, or is lost or damaged.
The calibration file can be downloaded automatically or manually.
① Close the application and then restart it. The calibration file can be downloaded automatically in this way. Don't close the small window until it downloads to 100%.
