Troubleshooting - Scan delaying (Slow scanning)

Step 1: Check if the scanner is connected by USB 3.0 port on your laptop

Step 2: Check if the power adapter of the laptop is connected and in best performance mode

Step 3: Open Mindvison software (scanner driver) on your laptop to check the FPS, normally it is showing 9-10 FPS, if the display is abnormal, please contact Launca technical support service1@launcamedical.com
